CO₂ emissions are one of the driving forces behind climate change, but what if we switch perspectives and turn them into a valuable resource?

During #ACID24 (Amsterdam Chemistry Innovation Day 2024), sabrina botton took part in an interesting panel discussion together with Skytree, the University of Amsterdam and Utrecht University. Showcasing different opportunities for CO₂ valorization, it became clear: the technologies to reduce CO₂ levels in the atmosphere or to produce sustainable chemicals from CO₂ are available. And with the right policy support, further scaling could be accelerated even faster.
